The coated steel strips we make into our roof cladding are produced in accordance with a strict series of quality standards by leading suppliers, giving us traceability and quality control. All our Corrugated Sheets, Box Profile Sheets and Purlin products have been independently tested to current CE EN 14782 requirements for your peace of mind.
The durability of this roof cladding material is dependent on the galvanised and protective coatings directly applied to the steel cladding and roofing substrate. As a roofing sheet material, steel has long been used in building and has the added benefit of being recyclable. To produce our high-quality, pre-coated roof cladding sheets, a system of multi-layer coatings is applied to the zinc-coated, high-tensile steel strip and then oven-cured to ensure optimum adhesion. This gives roofing sheets excellent corrosion resistance and climatic protection together with abrasion resistance and a strong structure.
Coated with a protective layer of zinc, these steel roof cladding sheets are a long-lasting and low maintenance solution, and the most cost-effective covering for your building.
These are often favoured for traditional projects where coloured roofing sheets aren't required, and are available as Box Profile Roofing Sheets and Corrugated Roofing, plus Flat Sheets that can be used to create your own flashings, or weatherproofing and lining floors and walls.
